  • A degree in Physiotherapy.

 2. Job Title:                 FARM SUPERVISOR



  • Coordinate with the Manager / Administrator / Research Project leaders on work plans and programs and make recommendations for improvements, land preparation, fertilizing, planting crops, cultivation, and harvesting of experimental feed plots.

  • Determine soil use and rotation of crops.

  • Under the directive of the Manager or Administrator, Inspect dairy, garden, poultry, orchard, and other units as the case may be.

  • Periodically confer with the Manager or Administrator and advise project leaders on problems, requisitions equipment and materials.

  • Authorize work schedules for final approval by the Manager / Administrator.

  • Supervise the planting, cultivating, harvesting and storing of field and garden crops on large and complex institutional farms.

  • Makes reports on time and ensure accurate record are prepared and collated.

  • Escalate repair and maintenance needs of farm buildings and equipment.


JOB SPECIFICATIONS (Educational Qualification, Skills and Experience)

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.

  • 5 years post qualification working experience.

  • Experience in a large Agricultural Farm set up will be preferable.


 3.Job Title:                 ENVIRONMENTAL SUPERVISOR



  • Support the implementation of designed plans by the Leadership involving the Environment.

  • Work according to set out Environmental program budgets for adequate execution.

  • Interface with program stakeholders both internally and externally.

  • Consult with residents, community groups, councillors, housing associations and traders' associations about environmental or waste management issues, identify their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Work with the Co-ordinator in sourcing for donor partnerships and collaborations.

  • Conduct focused research and surveys in relevant (Environmental) program segments.

  • Identification and management of Environment related risks.

  • Make periodic presentations of progress and reports to the Leadership.

  • Oversee waste management schemes (evacuation, transportation, recycling & disposal etc).

  • Collate statistics, compile reports and analyze data.

  • Monitor the quality and performance of waste services, including contract management of external providers.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline (Environmental, Biological or Earth Sciences).

  • 5 years post qualification working experience.

  • Cognate experience in an Environmental role.
